By downloading, accessing, or using the StoicZone mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms“). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

StoicZone provides users with:

• Guided journaling with Stoic prompts and exercises
• Virtue-based habit tracking and progress monitoring
• Memento Mori life calendar visualization
• Meditation and mindfulness practices
• Cloud synchronization and data backup
• Export and backup capabilities
• AI-powered Stoic coaching and personalized guidance

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Services and Billing

StoicZone offers both free and premium subscription services:

• Free Service: Limited access to journaling, habit tracking, and basic features
• Premium Service: Unlimited access to all features, AI coaching, cloud sync, and premium content

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device‘s account settings (App Store for iOS)
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscriptions
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our services
• Use our services for commercial purposes without authorization
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through StoicZone, including text, graphics, logos, software, and philosophical content, are the property of StoicZone or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services (such as journal entries). However, you grant StoicZone a limited license to store, process, and backup your content to provide our services. We will not share your personal journal entries or private content with third parties without your consent.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

StoicZone is provided “as is“ without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.
